Mystery Man

I have no idea who this man is, but I would like to thank him for being such a fantastic model. I took this picture and instantly fell in love with it. The simplistic yet off-centerdness of it and then his outfit from another generation makes it (dare I say it)...endearing in a way.

there was something about the light in this picture that i loved.

4th of July weekend from a bird's eye view

I took this picture on the 4th of July from the balcony of my friend's apartment in Cambridge. Notice the number of people on the roof of the Museum of Science for a 4th of July party. I remember taking this picture in astonishment of how beautiful the Prudential Center and the Charles River looks as the sun is setting. Even though it's only March now and the dirty snow is still making a mess of the streets, I frequently have to pinch myself when I look back on photos like this, realizing how lucky I am to be going to school here.

At last!

So...I have to admit I'm a little intimidated with this blogging thing. I've been following a couple of blogs for years now, but could never gather up the courage to make one myself. Now I find myself on spring break with nothing to do...so what's the first thing I decide to do? Create a blog. I have to say, it was a fun process and I'm excited/anxious for readers (if there will be any at all...) to be inspired and have as much fun with these photos as I have. Enjoy!
